What are your opening times?
Tuesday to Saturday, 10am – 6pm. If you’d prefer to come and browse when it’s quieter, then mornings and 5-6pm are the best times.
Will you sell my book?
We like to support new writers as long as their work matches our brief of selling queer literature or books by LGBTIQA+ writers. Please complete this new book suppliers form for new book suppliers with as much detail as possible and we’ll get back to you within two weeks with a decision. Please make sure you send a sample chapter, links to any reviews and state your trade terms.
Will you sell my merchandise?
We are keen to support local queer artists but we only have limited room in the shop so we are mainly interested in stocking zines, prints and cards. Please fill in this new stock enquiry form with as much detail as possible about your merchandise and we’ll get back to you within two weeks with a decision.
Can I order books for my book group?
Yes, of course. We may be able to offer a discount for your book group if you are ordering in bulk (5+ copies at a time). Please talk to us in the shop about this or contact us by email.
Can I order books from you that you don’t have in stock?
Yes, as long as they are in print. Speak to us in the shop about what you’d like to order or drop us an email. We can order books that are not LGBTIQA+ related but we may ask for payment in advance (because it will be tricky for us to re-sell them if you decide you no longer want them).
Do you buy second hand books or take donations of books?
We don’t buy second hand books but we do take donations of LGBTIQA+ themed books and books by queer authors. Please email us if you have books that you’d like to donate.
Are you currently hiring staff?
Sorry, we don’t have any vacancies at present so please don’t send in CVs or job enquiries.
Can I bring my dog into the shop?
Sorry, no. We are inside the Merrion Centre which doesn’t allow dogs apart from assistance dogs.
