Hi, I'm Izzy!

I'm a disabled lesbian maker living in Leeds. I have a passion for heritage crafts and slow handwork. I believe in this lightning fast world, there is little more healing and softening than connecting to the people who came before us. I try to work purely with natural fibres, (although very occasionally I use some reclaimed plastics), to weave and embroider beautiful things.

Because of my wonky little body and genetic connective tissue disorder, I’m mostly housebound and struggle to work consistently. When you support my craft, you’re directly helping fund essential medical care, and I truly, deeply thank you.
